Personal

Growing up in Louisiana as a preacher’s kid, I was going to be a “career” woman, but God had a different plan. After receiving a B.S. degree in Computer Science from Louisiana State University, I moved to Texas to work for a local defense contractor. I met and married my husband who is also from Louisiana. With three small children at the time, I felt God calling me home to be a full-time wife and mother. As my oldest got close to school-age, God made it very clear that he wanted our family to home school. I began that journey in 1996.

Bachelor of Science from Louisiana State University in Computer Science (1986)

E-Systems (now Ratheon) 9 years – Software Engineer

Homeschooling Wife and Mom – homeschooling since 1996, 4 children, married since 1988
