Class Description:

Jacobs' geometry text is a popular course.  Jacobs leads the students through the process of reasoning deductively. Lessons are brief with ample practice problems to solidify the concepts.  Lesson reviews and algebra reviews are included with each chapter.  There is a midterm and final review included in the text.

Three to four lessons will be introduced each class period. The corresponding homework and, usually, a review or test will need to be completed before the next class.

The student will be expected to know the postulates and theorems taught over the year.  (It is hard to apply them when you don't know them. :>)
