Class Description: 

Here is your chance to learn East Coast Swing! Come and learn the social dance that has been famous since the 1930's. East Coast Swing is easy, intuitive, and not terribly structured.
We will start with beginner steps and work up toward intermediate and advanced. I teach open as well as closed position. No aeriels or flips are taught or allowed. Here is a list of just a few of the steps we will be covering:

• Toe-Heel Swivel

• The Pretzel

• The Scorpion

• The Whirlwind

• Twin City Lindy, and so much more

Music: I have a broad range of music, from Frank Sinatra to The Beach Boys to Coldplay. I welcome song suggestions. I check all lyrics since I do not allow any language or sensuality in any of the music I play.

Maximum number of students: 20

Cost:  $30 per month

Code of Conducgt:   I ask that my students behave appropriately and with modesty. i.e. no sitting in each others laps, no body against body, no kissing, etc.
