
Format Writing

Class Description: Format Writing is a road map for developing expository writing skills. Expository writing teaches the student how to inform, clarify, and persuade. This type of writing is the foundation to build communication skills used throughout a lifetime. Format Writing teaches the student how to organize material and how to write quickly. Writing skills to be covered will include the following: sentence structure, basic paragraph styles, essays in five-paragraph format, one MLA standard research paper, and timed SAT essay practice in class.

Homework: The homework time will be every week 2-4 hours.
Cost: $45 Monthly Fee; $15 Materials Fee

Students from the same family may share books.
