First Steps to Begin Homeschooling
Most of the questions that home school parents ask, whether they are new to home schooling or just beginning a new phase such as the high school years, are answered on the "Getting Started" section of the THSC Web site. This page includes a Frequently Asked Questions (FAQ) section which addresses many of the questions asked by new and not-so-new home school parents. It also contains a list of steps to follow to withdraw children from public school, information and links to aid in setting up a home school, and articles covering many of the challenges faced when homeschooling. Whether schooling preschoolers, teenagers, or both, home schooling parents will find encouragement and guidance in these articles.

Home School Families of Twins
Home School Families of Twins (HSFT) is an organization that shares tips on how to get everything done with twins (and more children) and homeschooling for several grades. It is an international organization and has readership in almost every state. They provide a newsletter, research, curricula list, legal references, Spanish assistance, speech and seminar topics, resources list, Q and A, personal counseling, and Christian perspective. Most twins organizations are secular, so Christian moms really enjoy this organization and publications, and have found them helpful in deciding to do home school for their children, in deciding medical procedures, and in guiding the psyches of twin development. You can read more on the HSFT website at teachmytwins.org.
